FAQ

IF IT RAINS?


You're in the sunny panhandle, but yes, sometimes it can rain. If it's raining, I will contact you mid day to reschedule your session or refund you.

 If it's cloudy, don't worry; it can even be better to get those beach pastel colors. Your pictures will still be bright and fresh.


CANCELATION POLICY



For your peace of mind you are able to cancel your session anytime up to 1 week before your session.

A full refund will be provided, no questions asked.


PAYMENT



Full payment is asked at booking. If you need a payment plan, please contact me.

Your payments are securely processed by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


FAQ

What do you edit  on the pictures?


We will work on: brightness, contrast, color balance but also small blemishes, skin (shine, wrinkles, acne, eye bags), small stray hairs. body reshape if needed, etc.

Those are little adjustments that will make your images look finished. We don't over do it, just enough for the image to look better. 


NEED DEEPER RETOUCHES?


After the sessions,  if you need deeper retouching, such as deleting something in the background, switching heads or getting rid of big flying hair, I can do a deeper retouching for an additional $20 per picture.


How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?


We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes around 4days.
